Default DVD Question???

Whenever I'm watching a dvd and I get to my destination, I'll turn the dvd off and switch back to the radio. Now when I get back in my truck, the radio comes on because I switched it to the radio when I previously got out, but the DVD starts playing. So when I go back to watch the dvd, it's way past the part where I stopped it.

Is there a way to make it not play when I start my truck or do I have to take the DVD out every time.

Do you have a lock pick. If you do, it may be due to the lockpick. I have been working with them on the issue. No joy.

You have to turn the rear VES off in order for the DVD to completely stop.

If you need the rear VES, then all you need to do is select another source other than the DVD for the rear output and then it will stop when the front unit stops otherwise it will keep going.

I just found this out from a buddy of mine and I was coming to post it.

Is there a way to turn the VES off without going in there and switching the 4 switch? Can I do it on the radio itself?

Well, I guess my question is the Lockpick adds the VES to the mygig menu even if you do not have the ves, which I do not. I tried going to the VES screen and the only sensitive source is AUX 1. Even the DVD is not available which is strange. Anyhow, hitting the pause button on the screen and then changing source does not stop the movie nor does turning the radio off. I still think it is a combination of the lockpick and the VES it creates.
