All the Big Horn Package is is a collection of options the typical buyer usually gets. Like the power windows/locks, leather wrapped steering wheel, SIRIUS, light group, sliding rear window, etc. Nothing special...

Friend of mine has a 2007 Lone Star edition. He lives in Texas
One cool thing his has is nice metal fold outs under the rear seats.
Makes the entire rear floor level for storage and tough enough for tools.

Not sure thats a standard with big horn...he said it was. Its a nice feature.

Heres a quote from Edmunds.
The "Big Horn Edition" is essentially Dodge marketing-speak for a $1,700 option package that consists mostly of cosmetic enhancements. ConsumerGuide lists these extras as follows:

"3.92 axle ratio, satellite radio with one year of service, sliding rear window, fog lights, brighter chrome trim on wheels and grille, plastic bodyside moldings, 20-inch wheels and tires, 'Big Horn' trim badges."

and is intended to appeal to buyers' attachments to their home state. The "Big Horn Edition" was sold as the "Lone Star Edition" in Texas, and the "Thunder Road Edition" elsewhere, but they all included the exact same equipment (except, of course, for the "___ ___ Edition" badges).
