Hey, I'm new to this and I just purchased the 09 Ram Sport. I wanted to ask if anyone else is getting a rattling noise coming from what seems to be the center console. I may be wrong but that is where it sounds like it is coming from. It kinda sounds like the noise you get when someone puts something in the passenger door area and it rattles when your driving, No funny comments I checked that already. Anyway, let me know please so I can tell the dealer when I take it in.

 

I noticed in a few trucks that sometimes the chrome trim ring that goes around the shifter isn't always seated properly. Try pushing down on it near the corners (where the tabs engage) firmly with your two thumbs. That cleared up a rattling noise in one truck I test drove.
