Whenever you start building a new/updated engine there are bound to be issues, but when you pair that with a new assembly line and new workers, there are bound to be even more problems. Had it been built on the same line as before by the same people, there would likely be less issues.
I agree with you on the new engine, new plant thing.

I stand corrected. That's what I get for listening to other people and not just looking it up myself. I have now looked it up and: "Hemi production began in June 2002 at the Salitillo plant in Mexico"

Still, it is a new engine and new things can have problems.
