By the way, what kind of times are the tundra guys hitting in real life?

Some of these guys are hitting high 13's stone stock? Without even sticky tires? Man, that's straight up ROLLING!

Yeah but you guys will pass us up soon enough once the aftermarket kicks in. We do have the super charger that will get us rcsb guys into the high 12s/ really low 13s but 6500$ is a little out of my range.

Yeah, if I had a truck with that blower setup I'd have trouble getting in and out of the truck-my head would be too big to fit through the door.

Well youll have intake exhaust headers and tuners soon enough to get you into the 13s. Crazy how you can get into the low 14s and the other trims are in the mid 15s.

Yeah, you're right. The only thing I can figure, beside the weight difference, is that I ran it at a well prepped track at low altitude. I've got a few passes down the dragstrip under my belt before this (9 second mustang, 10 second duster, a number of other slower vehicles) so experience might have paid off here.

I may also have a "ringer", a vehicle that just runs harder than most others for no apparent reason. We've probably all heard of those, and also heard of the opposite, vehicles that are dogs compared to others like them for no apparent reason. It's really too early to tell yet, as no one else seems to have real-world dragstrip times on an '09 rcsb 2wd hemi truck. I plan to run it some more this coming weekend if the weather permits, and I will TRY to get some video footage taken. There's a thing or two I'd like to try in my driving technique that might help the truck run a bit harder.

Cool deal man, well good luck. Ive only had the chance to run my truck once in the 1/4. I was there for 6 hours and only got one run in so i took off, not to mention the track conditions i talked about earlier, but i know i can do better. The closest track to me is only an 1/8th mile so that kinda sucks, but im gettin 9.1xx pretty consistant now, hoping for 8s soon. I might need better tires though.

What does your truck weigh? If yours is running 9.1's and making the kind if hp/torque numbers you mentioned, maybe mine is making similar numbers. I haven't had a chance to dyno it yet, but I'm wondering what it's making.

Not sure what it weighs but im guessing around or just under 5000 pounds. The Mustang dynos are like 10% less than dynojets, so im putting out roughly 348 hp and 380 tq to the wheels. I really have to baby it off the line or i'll just sit there roasting my tires.
