What you see in the MyGig screen is going to be dependent on the camera location you choose. If you go with the camera mounted in the replacement tailgate handle, then it will be pointed downwards at your hitch and will be more useful for backing up to a trailer than for overall visibility behind you.

If you go with the camera from CoastalETech and mount it under you bumper, then you will have a great panoramic view of what is behind you.

So you can have either or.
