why didnt you keep your stock rims and tires and try to sell them instead of paying them to get rid of them

I still have the stock rims and tires, and will put those back on when I sell the truck. I figured I could recoup more of the cost by selling the aftermarket tires and wheels when the truck is sold than by selling the stock tires and wheels now.

My wheels are 9" wide, +18 offset, 5.71" backspacing.

Keep in mind that the 5.71" backspacing may be too much later on, if you install a suspension lift. I was just checking the KORE suspension system out today, and it calls for wheels with 4.5" backspacing. It has new upper a-arms and I suspect they do not have as much tire clearance as the stock a-arms.

KORE doesn't have '09 information on their web site. I am assuming the '09 lift will be the same as the '08 lift that is on their web site. They don't appear to have finished the testing on the '09s, or perhaps just haven't updated their web site yet.

Offset is measured in mm, and is the distance from the wheels mounting surface to the centerline of the wheel. Backspacing is the distance in inches from the wheels mounting surface to the back edge of the wheel.

i've talked to Kore and their system is still being tested, these guys are top notch but it's not a lift kit per say but a suspension system. It only replaces the front as well

Yup, I couldn't see anything on their site about a rear suspension upgrade either. Their front suspension upgrade looks impressive, but I was concerned about the heim joints they use on their upper a-arms. OEM manufacturers do not use heim joints because heim joints cannot pass the durability standards they need. And by "durability standards" I am referring to the expected lifespan of the product, ... something like 200,000+ miles for OEM. The Heim joints are strong, but they don't last nearly as long as the rubber bushings on the OEM a-arms. The heim joints are also poor at isolating road noise from the chassis compared to rubber bushings, so the KORE suspension will be more noisy than OEM.
