I measured my single exhaust last week. It's 3" in, 3" out. Not sure of the lengths though. FYI, mufflex will be coming out with retrofit kits for the single output exhausts soon, they're planning on prototyping a 2009 single exhaust hopefully next week sometime. I'd leave the resonator on; I've heard of bad sounds while in MDS without them.

I have a flowmaster original 40 SI.DO with my resonators removed. No bad sounds with MDS on

Switch, give the muffler time it will get louder as the packing material gets compacted. I thought my 07 should have been louder when i first installed the muffler, as i drove it got louder.

there's a video on youtube that i took right after i got it done. It was windy and the exhaust wasn't broken in yet. I'm going to take a new one here soon as it's broken in now. Head to Youtube and search 2009 ram flowmaster. I'd post the link but i'm at work.

This was the original thread with the video link..

I put a Flowmaster 50 series Deltaflow on mine and love it. Pure Flowmaster at WOT, but smooth and mellow at cruising speeds. Can't recommend it enough.
