Just keep a fire extinguisher in your truck so you'll be ready at a moment's notice.

Without looking up the code, I'm fairly certain the cutout would fail the TX inspection as well.

Dont quite understand why you guys want to increase the soundlevels.... Changing the sound is one thing but increasing it is another. What is the point?

I didnt think the thrill of riding a Harley was to create a disturbing amount of noise? Each to their own but I just find it irritating when someone drives past me with an eardeafening exhaust.
