Not according to their demonstration/training video on youtube. Start watching at 2:35 - 3:10 minutes if you want to jump straight to that part.

When watching video in park and you put the car into drive, you must press the power button twice to get the video back on.

I have a Lockpick and with mine I do have to press the power button twice to get around the nav input in motion block.

While I'm here I'd just like to say that if I had to do it all over again I'd go with the ALLGIG from NAV-TV. Coastaltech (makers of Lockpick) seem easy to deal with UNTIL they have your money. After that just try and get them to help you with a customer service issue.

Also with the ALLGIG you do not have to buy a new unit if they come out with new features to their product. It is USB upgradeable for free. You have to buy a whole new $300 Lockpick from the other guys for any upgrades.
