Default What size aftermarket wheel and tire?

I just picked up my new 09 CC and it came with the silver 20" but I would like to upgrade to some aftermarket wheels. In the past I would swap out to a 285/55/20 but I think this truck will need 22" to fill up the wheel wells. My only problem is I tow our camper or atv which weighs about 4000lbs. What size whell/tire combo could I go with and still tow the above safely? Thanks!

i dont see why a 22 with a 305/45r22 wouldnt work. Dont quote me on the 45 I forget what the general aspect ratio is. I tow around that weight every week and I plan on getting 22s.

Going to 22's (which are heavier) will reduce some of your towing capacity (due to the unsprung weight). I think it's something like 100 lbs of towing capacity lost for every 10lbs of unsprung weight?

Anyways, assuming you have the Hemi in your CC, you should still have enough towing capacity for a 4,000 lbs trailer, even with some 22s.

I decided to get 305/50/20 more aggressive tires and I like the look & ride and didn't lose any towing capacity:

I just towed three ATVs and three motorcycles on an 18' trailer for 400 miles this weekend, and my truck did GREAT with 35x12.50R-20's on it. Probably the most enjoyable drive I've ever done with a trailer in tow.
