Default Is anyone sorry they ordered the sunroof ...

Hi,

I plan on going next week to order my truck and wonder about the sunroof. Has any one experienced leaks? I think the sliding rear window is more important but what the heck, the sunroof is not that much more to buy. I don't have a garage for it and I'm concerned about leaks. Thanks for your input.

Joe

Default Thanks !

I'll see if the dealer has something I could look at before I order. I'll think I'll get it.

Still not sure about Rambox, I like the idea

I have one on my '07 and it leaks! Dealer claims the "weep" hole/tube was plugged which allowed the water to backup and drain into the passenger compartment. It was fixed for a while but after the last rain the passenger side floorboard was soaked again. I ordered my '09 without one.

I have been drooling *waiting on the money gods* for an 09 for awhile now, so I have damn near built every combo of these trucks on Dodge's website. From what the build your own says the sun roof can be had on a sport and a laramie, but you have to either uconnect tunes, or unconnect GPS. I may be wrong, but I think I am right.
