Rough Creeping?

My 2009 5.7 idles at 500 RPM.
My ECM has been updated twice since 11/08. Never had a creeping problem. Also thought 500 was low as was stated. It idles smooth at 500 RPM. I have had two and both idled at 500. 700 when you first stop then it settles to 500 after a few seconds.
The tranny has a lockout torque converter. May not be letting go @ 1000 RPM's.
I would have that looked at.
