Default Possible new laramie purchase

Just test drove one and really like it. A dealer has almost the exact car I want in stock. msrp $47615 and he is offering it to me for $36912 plus ttt and his dealer fee is $700 so that is substantial. One problem is it is dual colored 4wd laramie--white two tone, and I was really looking for a montone white 4wd crew. Wonder what it would cost to shoot the bottom part white to match the top half?

Really love these trucks, but man there are so many on lots, that something has got to break loose here. I mean when the vipers starting stacking up they were offering 20k employee discount on top of other discounts---maybe it would be in my best interest to wait it out. Also not really happy with all this seat getting deformed bull**** I am hearing with everyone.

I would NOT buy a new truck that is not the color I want then turn around and paint it. The only possibilty of that happening is if I wanted a custom color or scheme. If you can not find what you want on the lot order it. If you are working with a good dealer (Does not sound like you are) they will give you 11K on a Laramie order.

The down side.... You have to wait. I am in that painful process now. Just found out today my truck should be at the dealer on May 7.

To answer your question on cost.... A GOOD job is going to run you about 1K. Can it be done for $500? Sure, but you get what you pay for.

I would not paint it. Just ask about ordering the truck. I just ordered my laramie for 12k off msrp. Everything exactly how I want it.

I would not pay a $700 dealer fee. The dealer I bought from had $0 dealer fee, and the Laramie I bought listed for $48K, with a final price of $36K. I'm thinking that that dealer wants to keep the truck more than you want to buy it. He is trying to gouge you.

Well--went to the dealer today and he offered a decent price I thought--He offered me 18 on my trade in(2007 fj loaded with 16k miles) and I told him if he would do $19500 on my trade and give me some mopar accesories to make up for the $799 dealer fee--we had a deal--he let me walk---wasnt rude--actually really nice about--just said that he was all in at this point and could not budge at all----we will see if the phone rings tommorow or the next day.

does anyone know if they will do 100% financing on the 48month 0% deal?
