Speaking of black ice, I spun then flipped then rolled my 98 Ram Quad Cab last year. I personally would have liked anything that would have help me in that situation. Before you think I'm a crappy driver, you need to know that on that day, there were 5 or 6 others that went off the road in that general area with in about a 1/2 hour.

I have no issues with my TRX-4 in particular. I love it. As far as the ESP in concerned, you can turn it off in 4x4. It worked for me in 6" of snow. It was on and would not allow me to fishtail, even when trying. I turned it partially off and I fishtailed all over the place.
To the OP and the comment about this truck being slow, if you wanted something fast, buy a lighter vehicle with more HP. Its a truck. I estimate, from other threads, the TRX-4 should be able to run a 14.5-15 second quarter. That is great news for me.

Hello all. I did some playing around today and found out some thing on my TRX4. 1) I HATE the traction control (ESP)!!!!! Takes all the fun out of driving. So from now on I will be turning it off everytime I drive it. I have a really hard time feeling this truck. I miss my 06 so bad! I understand 4x4 u lose some speed, but it seems or feels my 06 ram was sooo much quicker and faster. I've had the 09 for 3 months now so maybe it will grow on me. I read all your post and try all the different things you guys find. Well enough from me I'll see you around!!!
But aside from that, I'm really having a hard time finding anything I don't like about my TRX that I can't fix fairly easily.
