A deal fell thru i was working on .....

I have till tomorrow morning to find a black or blue ram with a rambox so a broker i hired thru my credit union can negotiate and seal the deal before end of business day tomorrow.

I'll be surfing the net all night tonite state by state using dodge's website and google with zip codes to find the truck.

If anyone cares, please go online and search your local area for me to see if your dealer has a black or blue ram with rambox in stock ...

ONLY thing i have to have is VVT hemi .. NOT VCT hemi ..

i know its askin a lot for someone new to the forums but maybe with gods help and yours i can find something tonite..

VVT and VCT are almost certainly EXACTLY the same engine from dodge. I suspect that someone (perhaps the EPA) made dodge stop calling them VVT, since VCT is really more descriptive of what actually happens inside these engines. NO ONE has come up with any convincing difference between the two other than the window sticker. A post from a dodge tech on an LX car forum went into lots of detail of how the VCT system works. At no point did it mention any other method of varying cam or valve timing in these engines.

If you'll drop the requirement for the nonexistent difference, you'll find your search to be much easier.

 

i want to see the little light telling me when the truck is in gas save mode .. the VVT trucks most definately have the light .. not all the VCT trucks do ..
also i need a sport ..

Once you find an MSRP for the exact truck you want, you can sort and get to what they have that is similar. Then pick up the phone....

 

Hall Dodge in Virginia Beach has a black one. The GM uses it as his Demo. It is a CC Sport. It has leather, Nav, Sunroof.....loaded.

 

There is a blue sport with ram box's at the dealership I bought my truck from. I couldn't tell you what type of Hemi it has....but is's a sharp truck. Palmen Dodge in Racine, WI. Long way from you...but you asked.

 

Actually, the Ram RJC799 is referring to is now in my driveway, and lookin' mighty fine too!!
