subwoofer box in '09 ram quad cab

09 Quad Cab
Hey all. I am looking for something to do for a sub in the 09 Quad cab too. I have seen the MTX Thunderforms, and the JL Audio Stealthbox.
The Stealthbox is way too expensive, plus I already have the subs from my last car.
MTX would be nice...wish they made it for just one sub.
It seems that with either one you will have to remove the Fold Flat Floor(I'm gonna call it the "FFF")
In my case, I really want to keep the FFF. I have looked all over the net for something that would work for me and it doesn't seem like anything will work. I have called the local car audio stores, but they don't know much about it.
The one guy told me the Stealthbox will work, but I don't feel like spending $500-600 to find out.
So, I am thinking that I am going to build one out of fiberglass. I have researched the fiberglass and estimate it will only cost about $90-100 for one 10" sub box.
I will take pics when I finally get around to building the box.
Let me know if anyone else has any other advise, or ideas for a sub box.

I am currently building a subwoofer box out of 13 ply birch that will replace my center console. The enclosure will be 2cu. ft. big and I will be using 2 Alpine Type R's.
I will be including a compartment on the top for my Alpine Imprint processor and a 2" PVC from the top to the bottom to pass the RCA's and power wiring.
Finally the finish will be leather and carpet.

I don't know why no one has chimed in about Fox Box's yet. They are all over the 3rd gen forums, but no where in the 4th gen. I just bought a ported 10" box from fox acoustics, I worked in the Car Audio Industry for 12 years and have heard every box for trucks possible. This is the best sounding, and best built box I have EVER SEEN! Came with seat spacers so that when someone sits in the backseat, it does not crush the cone. These are the best boxes out there for our trucks. These boxes have a lot of internal airspace. Here is the link,

They make ported, sealed, Single, Dual, 10", and 12" boxes. The boxes also work with solo barric Square subs. Plus Joe Fox (CEO of Fox Acoustics) is a longtime Dodge Forums member and Dodge Ram owner. Always a bonus!
