Ford claims the highest towing capacity based on a stronger frame, bigger bolts etc. Funny, I have yet to see a frame or bolts tow anything up a hill by themselves. To tow you need *power* and the 09 Ram has plenty more than the 09 F-150. In this video they mention the Ford and Chevy have the optional V8’s. I would like to know if the Chevy has the 6.0 or 6.2. At any rate, the F-150 came in dead last in acceleration and towing.

I posted on dodge talk too, the chevy only has the 6.0, you can see the vortecmax emblem on the side.

 

Notice they used the 08 F-150. There's an 08 Ford used in all of their video's. Kinda dissapointing to put your new truck up agents someone else's last years model.
