Str8 pipe it out to a single stack on the drivers side right behind the cab, then you'll hear it!

I had a flowmaster 40 and lt headers on my 2000. When I sold it and bought the 09' two of my neighbors came over and asked;
#1 neighbor "you aren't going to make it loud are you?"
#2 neighbor "you gonna do anything to the exhaust?"

It was pretty loud.

My Magnaflow has a pretty good rumble. You can definitely hear it. I believe it is a 14". Also I still have the resonator on. I am probably going to dump my exhaust,so now I am deciding whether to get rid of the resonator or not..

I built a 350 engine for my old blazer. It was pushing almost 400hp with some old camaro big valve heads. I put some 40's on it and loved them. They maintained a noticable harmonic sound at idol but it wasn't really loud at all. When I would hammer the accelorator it sounded like a fire breathing demon screaming "get the f$%# out of my way", I loved them and would use them again. They stayed quiet enough at low rpm (for being neighbor freindly) and unleashed the fury of hell when you wanted them to. Im sure you can find some sound clips of them on a hemi that may give you a good idea.
