Does the bakflip lock?

looking to get a tonneau and I am thinking either the bakflip or the undercover. My bed does not have a locking tail gate and was curious if the backflip locked shut>?

It's not a key lock, it open via latch underneath. All someone has to do is open tailgate if you do not have the locking tailgate.
