Pre suspension lift ?'s
I'm tring to figure out if I can use my stock wheels when I lift my truck. The guy at BDS said I need to find out the back spacing on my wheels to see if they will fit. I wanted the new BDS 6" susp. lift for 2009 Ram 1500 5.7 hemi 4X4. It is the laramie so I know it comes w/ the 20" wheels and I was told that they need a backspacing of less than 5" for it to work. The BDS Part #
Kit# 296H
And I wanted to put the BFG A/T KO325/60R20 D Rated tires on the stock 20's
Whether I can use these stock wheels or not will dictate if I have enough money to get the truck lifted.
Any advice and knowledge in this area would be greatly appreciated.
The reason I'm asking is that I have the truck on order and don't get it for about another 2 weeks

i believe some drop arm ends up hitting the stock rims. i know of two BDS lifted 09's and myself with the procomp that needed new rims with different spacing. I have the laramie and it had the 20's just so you know our trucks are comparable
