Info on bug deflector
I thougt you had a black truck, obviously I did not pay attention.
My truck has the bright grill and chrome door handles. I Like chrome and it blended in with the grill so it looked right to me.
Whatever looks best to YOU is what you should get.
I would say either white or chrome will look nice with the bright grill.
For a painted grill I think the painted deflector would look best.
Thats just me. Its your truck.

My truck is Silver and I installed a smoked shield. Cant decide if it resembles a man or Italian woman with the new mustache, but I still like it. I am also thinking of blacking out the headlights to match. Since my truck is a TRX4, there isn't any chrome, so it fits well.
I purchased a MOPAR bug shield today and put it on--but not sure I am going to leave it. I went with mineral gray metalic to match my painted bumper (TRX4) and it looks fine. My problem is that it is really close to the hood and one of those or two of those cheap screws into the plastic didn't tighten up (yeah--maybe I over tightened--but the two center ones are fine--maybe I can just order some more mounting inserts--but sure would be surprised if I can). Sure is awful close to the hood--used to the old type that was farther away. Oh, well-will sleep on it and decide on how it does at 70 or so on interstate.
I have the MOPAR bug shield installed - Inferno Red, same as the truck. Most people do not know its there. Does keep the front end of the hood clean and also does help with the windshield. I take it through the car wash every week with no problems.
