Bubba is correct, not all trucks have the power outlet. It is part of the sport package and I am sure the Laramie.

 

That sure is nice to have. can always plug in the laptop and play a movie if I want. It's a cheap allgig for now, plus larger screen.

 

i use it alot when i go camping, to vaccum out the inside of my truck, to power my external 500g HD, to charge the wifes laptop, i love it..... Also i have a change holder in my middle bench armrest but thats probably because i dont have a center console like you guys

 

no inverter in mine, nor do I have the little coin holder in my center seatback.

 

I don't think I have an ashtray. I have a console shifter.

 

The center console thing on the SLT in the dealer's showroom seemed much more functional in the top tray than the LAramie I ended up buying, but I am certainly not complaining.

To my mind, it may have been better to have put the 110V connection in the center console, then that keeps the cords out of the way.

That said, I have not needed it yet, but then I've only had the beautiful beast a month.

 

I think according to my sticker that the 115v plug in is part of the premium package options, my truck is an SLT and it has the auxiliary plug in also.

 

Mine came with a console and there was an ashtray that fits into one of the cup holders. I just put it aside, don't smoke. For some reason there is an "ashtray light" listed on my window sticker as well though I have no idea where/what it is.

 

Is that the one that blasts down from overhead I wonder?
