Default Chips

Not the food..

Wanted to throw this out there to see if anyone had any information as to if any vendor is developing a Chip for the 09's yet.. And will it actually work. My experience is that a PCM tune is the way to go, but In no way will I Modify the PCM of my new Ram....

Anyway, if anyone has anything.... throw it up.

It should be very soon for Hypertech. Diablo said 45-60 days about a month ago. Superchips said call back in two months about a month ago. SCT is still working on 07's.
Don't even mess with a Jet chip. People on 2nd & 3rd gen have reported a loss in performance with them installed. Part throttle, the pcm will adapt around them, and , at wot, there is no tuneability at all.

I hope so. I absolutely LOVE this truck, but it needs a TUNE soooooo bad. So much factory retard built in, especially deceleration at the shift points. Makes it so slow compared to what it should be.

I would like the superchips programmer too but nobody makes anything for this truck. Pathetic. I wrote on the Diablo sport forum and they said there working on it and dont know when. First they said 45 to 60 days so maybe in year or two we will have something so by then i will be back in my Shelby and have gotten rid of this undertuned Dodge product.

Diablo is almost ready. They say they have one bug to work out and then they will release it. I already have the tuner in hand, and am just waiting....

Which Diablo Sport tuner do we need. Is there a revision version?
