What's the offset and backspacing on those wheels? Also are those 305/70/17's? They look sweeeet!!!!!

The wheels are -12 offset and 4 1/2" backspacing. The tires are 315/70/17 i.e. 35 x 12.5. Thanks guys...and bigred if you ever need some recovery you just let me know.
