Default Kudos to my dealer...

On Memorial Day, my wife and I were invited over to a fellow vet for a bb. I have this stupid habit of leaving my keys on the console. My wife left her purse on her seat while getting out. She accidentally hit the door lock before shutting her door. Yes, we were locked out.

I called my dealer and within an hour, stopped by with a new key...no charge!!! On Memorial Day!!! Awesome!

This is why he gets my business, even though I could get parts cheaper elsewhere!

It is good to see a positive post regarding a dealership. My experience is most are good and don't deserve to be called a "stealership"

That's quite some service...

It would be nice to have something like OnStar for our vehicles...

Mkae sure you fill out the surveys and tell chrysler , We are graded on your replys , the worst part of that is most of teh time only the unhappy reply so they should get credit for doing there job, Those scores factored into dealers that were kept it was 1 of about 7 things so it does matter,

Im gald they did that for you and on a holiday makes it even better .

I would be happy to fill one out but I, too, have not received a survey. I will ask my dealer if one is available.

My philosophy has always been to find ways to praise instead of complaining.
