Fiat Ram with a 3 cylinder, 6 speed manual, and no a/c. 33mpg highway with a 64 lb max payload.

Seriously, I am glad they are going to be going back to work.

According to it, the pickup assembly plant in Fenton will be closed permanently by Sept. 30!

There are 3. 1500's are built in St. Louis (Fenton), MO and Warren, MI. Heavy duty's are built in Mexico. Satillo I think. Dakotas are built in Warren, MI.

To elaborate further the St. Louis, MO plant builds 1500's in the standard cab and crew cab. Warren, MI builds 1500's in quad cab and crew cab. Saltillo, Mexico builds heavy duty in all cab sizes and mega cab light duty. I'm thinking they will be taking over for standard cab light duty from St. Louis and Warren will handle all the 1500 crew cabs. Very sad to see St. Louis suffer this loss...
