I had a 06 Toyota Tacoma access cab 4x4 with the 4L v6. I averaged 17 mpg in town and 19mpg highway. The Dodge with the hemi at times beats the highway mpg I use to get. In town I am getting 13mpg, which is the EPA estimate. Most of my in town is very short trips. In my experience the hemi is beating the Toyota V6 on highway but is much less for in town driving. My dodge just turned 2600miles, so still a new engine.
