Default tranny gear grind into reverse

I have a 2009 Ram, SLT CC with about 2600 miles. I started hearing gears grind when I go from Park to Reverse. It's not really loud, but I'm still guessing its not right. This only happens once the truck is turned off and then put back into Reverse from Park, it will not do it from Drive into Reverse or Park into Reverse after the first move out of Park. I let the truck warm up and fluids circulate so I don't think it is that. I'm not parked on an angle. I'm going to check the fluid level, but is anyone else experiencing this?

It's going back to the dealer to be checked out, but I thought I would check with the forum as well.

thanks
