Thanks for all of the compliments.

The kit is the McGauphy's basic kit and got in while Stylin had a 20% off sale ($359). It is a 2" front and 4" rear drop. Other than that it only cost me a lot of time. The rear went pretty easy. The front was a pain in the ****. Had LOTS of trouble trying to get the old coils out and the new ones in (even with spring compressors, removing upper control arm, steering stabilizer, and the sway bar from the hub assembly). If I had had a second pair of hands, it would have been easier. So yes it can be put in by one person, but do yourself a favor and bribe a friend to help. I got impatient and decided to try and tackle it while everyone else in their right mind was at work (Friday).

And yes, the badges are coming off by the weekend. May paint the headlights too

it looks great, i love the wheels! I think if you remove those emblems and throw some tint up front it'll help it flow alot better

Handles corners A LOT better.

Tires are 305/45/22

These are 1" smaller in diameter than stock so................. If you put on a taller sidewalled tire to match stock, another 1/2" of fender gap will disappear.

Default The truck looks great rjc799 !

Does lowering a truck negatively affect ride and handling? Is there any compromise to the suspension or is it just a parts swap. I really like it

Depends on your point of view. It improves the cornering ability (less body roll), but it will stiffen your ride very slightly. Mine was just a parts swap (McGaughy's).

If they are an inch shorter then stock they would be 305/40r22, 305/45 would be the same size.

So leave the badges on!!! I feel trucks look ghetto without them.
