Default Sylvania Bulbs Cool Blue ?

I just got my new 09 Sport Ram and I would like to replace the bulbs with a much whiter bulb. I have used aftermarket bulbs before but now my concern is on my last Ram I had one explode in the headlight houseing and it made a real mess, I can not remember the name but I just want to avoid it from happening again oh the bulb was in there for like six months.
Anyways now Im looking at the Sylvania Cool Blue bulb witch clam's to have a whiter bulb.
I would like to replace the low beam and the fog lamps, any sugestiones ?
Thanks...

Default Bulbs

I went with PIAA as my Laramie required a H11 bulb that sylvania dosen't have yet. Comparing the silverstar, and PIAA they're equal for brightness. Been driving 8 months with no problem.

There's some nice comparison videos on youtube of the silverstar's next to regular lights and next to HID's. I think they're a nice improvement for the money.
