Can you get a trailer hitch with a R/T?

And i thought my 4.7 SLT Quad Cab w/ 20's and 3.55 rear end had a crappy tow rating at 5250 but at least i can up that by 1000# by either going with a 3.92 rear end or 17 in wheels or 2000# by going with both.
