They put sun visors in the cabs to keep the sun out of your eyes when you are driving in the directions of the sun, but sometimes the sun sneaks through the side windows and reflects off the chrome bezel on the console and into your eyes. All you can do is try to block it with your hand. Obviously this hasn't happened to you or you would know what we are all ranting about.

You know i didn't get while people were complaining about the reflection a lot either.

I go to work around 9am and get off at 530pm.. weekends i usually take the wifes SUV out so i don't have to put the baby seat on my leather (ima jerk lol)... but after driving to a few shows on the weekend i know see why...

it depends on the direction your driving and the time of day.. but yeah there is a helluva glare from the chrome trim...

I just laid a cd case over the offending area until the road curved in a different direction... I love the look inside my Laramie and wouldn't get rid of the chrome accents for that ill-timed glare. I guess guys who do more day time traveling have more to complain than i though

I know the glare you all are talking about, I've had this truck almost a year. It just doesn't bother me... so sue me!

Doc, you gotta try a 100+ mile roadtrip segment where the sun is "in the glare spot"...
I've gotten the underside of my chin rather well tanned on a few occasions !!

Now I keep a work rag in the door bin for just such occasions !! Quite the fashion statement... Wonder what the Dodge Engineers would think...

The chrome trim ring flashed a blinding glare into my eyes during a test drive. I was on the edge about getting a Laramie with the bench seat. The glare sealed the deal for me. I got the bench. No regrets so far as the extra seating space has come in handy more than once.

Technically the wife used it, not me. Its nice being able to seat 6 comfortably and not be driving a minivan!

Me neither, I get a glare once in a while, just look away, kinda when that chick with the big bazookas is walking on the sidewalk and your wife is with you, don't look.
