where to buy chrome mirror caps?

has anyone found where you can buy the chrome mirror caps like the laramies have on them? I'm looking to add the chrome door moulding to my slt and would like to add the mirror caps as well.

putco does have them just purchased a set but they told me they wont be shipped out until at least sept 15 due to higher than expected demand

He couldnt find any OEM ones.
He has had alot of requests for them.
