I am in Toronto and bought an 09 Ram quad cab SLT Hemi about two weeks ago. I love this truck so far. The outside temperature reading on the evic is way off. Is this a common problem not being accurate? Is there a fix? This is also a 4x4 truck. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Also is therer a list of dealer technical service bullitins showing problems and fixes for customer complaints.

It isn't a celsius and farenheit issue, is it? If it is, check out page 245 of the manual, which goes over how to set the units.

Sorry, I'm not aware of a website thatg lists TSB's, but I'm sure one of the seasoned dodge owners will chime in on this.

yes the temp reading is a RRT. they will replace the wiring harness going to the sensor(which is located behind the grille on the bottom right hand side) due to the windshield washer fluid level sensor leaking and dripping into the connector. i went in to have mine done a few months ago and the harness was on backorder but once they swapped it out it was all good.

havent seen a site with all the tsb's and rrt's listed but i know there is a tread here that members are listing what they have had done when they go in for sevice.

Everytime I get in my truck, it takes a few minutes for the actual temperature to appear. It stays at the temperature it was at when I turned my truck off before work.

I'll get that fixed when I go in for my next oil change shortly.
