need help with ebay level kit

they look totally different but the bolts look like they are in the same position. anyone have experience with either one? which is a better design?

If you look at it close, the bolts are actually in the same place. No experience, but I would think the solid aluminum ones would be better. The others are fabbed steel and more prone to corrosion. Just my opinion. I'm gonna go with the solid ones when I get ready.
