Default 2wd Leveling kit????????

I have been searching for a while now and cant find a leveling kit for the 2wd. Has anyone had any luck? I am ready to go to my local off road shop and see what they say.

Yes they do, I am also doing that but...............
you either put spacers and re-align it and mess up the ride, or wait for spindles, I have seen the spindles for the 08 and they look really close, but I cant say positive they will fit, there is a kit with spacers and a body lift out for it also 5 inch lift

So if I end up just putting spacers I still would need to re-align? And how would the ride be affected?

So I found out that daystar makes a kit for the 2wd. Its a 2 1/2 inch leveling kit that comes with studs and bushings. The info on it can be found here.

And if anybody is interested in purchising these they can be found here.

Yes you need to re-align, and it does make a difference in the ride, the spring is compressed more, so the re-bound is what you will feel, even more with stock shocks, I had all this done to my 99 in the front, it is not real bad, but the bounce from some dips on the road can get bad, some people dont feel it as much, but i drove my 99 to work today, and I can still feel it, I am looking for spindles, look at the 08 2WD spindles they look close.......
and those spacers are for 4WD only, we dont have studs there , just a spring pocket, that cant be raised , that is why you put the spacer under the spring, to get more rate, and it lifts the truck up in the front.

Default DayStar Leveling kit for 2wd 09 Dodge Ram

Ive done a ton of research on this and currently the only leveling kit around for the 2wd is the DayStar 1.5 Inch leveling kit. The kit runs about $40.00.

I paid $100 labor and had it installed on my 09 crew cab yesterday. The hight front and back is completely level. DayStar nailed it and the kit works perfectly.

You will have to get it realigned which will run $60-$90 depending where you take it.

The DayStar 1.5 Inch leveling kit did not change the ride at all IMO.

So, do all these kits raise the front?

I'd like to get a kit that lowers the back to match the front.

why cant we just put a 4x4 bigger front spring in the front or the 97 dodge 2500 v10 spring its supposed to be bigger right? wouldnt just putting a taller spring it do the same as the spacers?

i have a 1997 1500 2wd and i wanna lift mine as well and i know that on my truck the 4x4 shocks are like 1-1.5 bigger than the 2wd shocks ive layed them next to each other and you can see the difference but would it raise the truck up some?
