Looked on the Dodge website for this Keyless Go and I found nada for our trucks. I ain't bout to spend near $1000 to get it all installed. Very cool though.

I noticed something today, the button would not "fit" into the truck. The hole on the challenger is deeper. If we put that button on our trucks it would stick out. Still could just use your finger though.

you could tell people you swallowed your key and this was the only way to start your truck....or tell em its DNA activated, you could alot of fun making up reasons why your truck is being started with your finger

Biometrics. You could start my truck, but you would need to cut my finger off.

It is a cool feature. Hopefully Dodge will add it to the RAM in a couple of years and we'll all be able to buy all the parts.

Maybe they will be coming out with an SRT or RT version that has it so all you have to do is retrofit...

I think we only need a new switch. Our keys already use a transponder and a receiver to communicate so no one with another ram key can start it.

I am sure the Challenger Switch has an extra contact that we do not have in our switch. I could be very simple as changing the switch. Now what I do not know is are the plugs and wiring the same on both cars?

I would need to see a schematic of both switches to be able to confirm.

How can I get one? Anyone know? I was in car audio industry for 15 yrs. This is very possible to make happen.

Has anyone checked on the price for the challenger ignition switch from dodge?
