I get the Low Fuel display and keep driving till the EVIC no longer shows the miles remaining (drops off some time after 20 for me - never displays down to 0) and just shows the Red Fuel Pump icon. Anyhow, I just wanted to see how far I could get on a tank and I've managed to get it down to pumping in 31.5 gallons at Costco (I figure their pumps are maintained a little better than a typical station - they appear that way anyhow). Hope this helps.

alot of owners manuals will tell you how much fuel you have left when the light comes on. anyone look there?

you can get 32 gal into a 32 gal tank the low fuel light is just that low fuel not empty and yes the evic is very conservetive so that people dont wait too long and then run out of gas
