Default missing options on the Dodge Ram site?

Why no Ram Box, Orange or Yellow colors on the Build your own 2010 models?
I see the Ram Box is "featured" on the site, and I know the plant that made all of the Ram Box trucks was one of the scheduled to close ones, but I also know the Orange and Yellow colors were only made in the remaining plant, so they should be there. I also assume once this all gets sorted out, you will be able to order an orange or yellow Ram Box model. Any input?

Check out the 2010 Ram review on the home page. Sunburst Orange is one of the colors going away for Mango? Don't know 'bout the Ram Box, but it is the only reason I would consider buying a new Ram. Also no Sport model?
I'm sure there will be changes to the build and price in the next month or so. They change every month based on rebates and special models, i.e. 'Spring Edition'.

I called Dodge and they told me the 2010 Ram 1500 was only added on 9/15 and is not yet complete. She said it will take a couple weeks before everything is loaded correctly. Not sure about the colors, but her product guide said the Sport model and the Ram boxes are coming back for 2010.

Hi,

I am from belgium and I want to order the 2010 model in laramie trim, the only color options I get are dual tones, no more plain colors as well for 2010? I decided to go for the sunburst orange plain(no dual colored trim)
but I saw also that it is no longer available.Any suggesstions on a color, I like chrome (laramie), that matches, the photo's aren't that great on the build my own part off the site.
Or I would go for the "whole in one color" look front like I've seen off some pictures here on the site, but than I can't get the laramie trim.
I look for that trim cause it's practically full-option besides flip down screen in the back.It also includes navigation and that way I don't have to break my head trying to build the nav in the dashboard.

Many thanks for your input,
Steven

Steven,
On the build and price site where you pick your colors there is an option below the colors that gives you secondary colors and the right hand option will give you solid colors. However as mentioned above a dealer can straighten all of this out when you order the truck. Solid colors are available for 2010.

Sports are suppose to be built till the end of Oct. Also I hear that Dodge has some issues with there RamBox supplier, and aren't making them till they find a new supplier, and no time line on that.

Thanks for the info,
That's the problem, I can not go to a dealer and put my ride together, if I choose an european brand like bmw, mercedes, I can do that without a problem. Thing is there are no US dodge trucks available in Belgium.
We can order the Nitro, Caliber, ... all european sized cars, not the oversized trucks wich I like.
So, I have to depend on the importer specialized in US cars and trucks who brings them to Belgium and arranges all the paperwork.
So for me it is very important to certainly know what is available and what not, otherwise it could be a little dissapointment, if I don't get what I ordered.
The importer tells me everything is possible, but please add as much if you can straight from the factory, instead off installing it later on, I am talking about tonneau cover, sidesteps, mopar hood, dvd rear system, nav system. thats about it.
Thats why I was trying the car configurator at the dodge site, I guess my pc is a little confused, cause I can not select a color without the trimmed extra color, and the color I prefer the sunburst orange in Laramie trim for 2010.
I also expect some input from my importer who has my wishlist and who is informing for everything, but I also want to make sure that he doesn't give me wrong info.
I hope I didn't waisted your time,
if other options please let me know,
once again many thanks,
Steven
