Does anybody know what the dash cover is, I only ask because nothing I have tried to use gives it a high shine look. Any advice on products that you have used and worked will be appreciated.

 

I like the dullness of the dash. What have you already tried?

 

I have only tried armour all regular and the high shine one and it looked like i hadn't used anything.

 

Have you tried Black Magic? I think it is silicone based, used more on the exterior.

 

Be careful- On a bright sunny day you might create some serious glare issues. I would not encourage shining up the top surface of the dash. Not to mention it usually creates dash issues with warping of the surface long term.

 

I'm not really a fan of the shiney interior. Occasionally I'll take the truck to the local car wash, where they use something all over the inside. Sure, it looks good, if they get all of it. Problem is they usually leave streaks from where they miss, parts.

 

or they spray it instead of wiping it on with a cloth and they get it on your windows....takes forever to get that crap off and they glare is really unsafe. Armour all has a protectant that just gives the same finish as factory no shine.

 

I have been using the Armourall leather wipes I bought when I had my leather seat truck. They clean the dash really good but don't leave a the shine like regular AA does. They work great on the cloth seat trim and cntr console as well. Like them because they don't leave that residue that gets all over you as you rest your arm on the door or the console. Jeff.
