My truck does it too.. Can't really pinpoint where the noise comes from. I had a GMC that whistled and that one was caused by the rubber seal around the windshield. Love to find the fix for this one.

There is actually an RRT out for door/window seals. They replaced mine the last time I had it in for an oil change. Only noise I had ever heard was when I got a high crosswind at highway speeds.

Is it on the drivers side or passenger side? I've narrowed it down to the weather stripping. I used painters tape and taped up one strip at at time until i figured out the area.

Do you know the number/ identifier of the RRT?

Unfortunately I do not. I looked at all my paperwork and didn't have that sheet. It was done when I went in after an oil change when my oil cap was missing, so I probabally tossed it.

I figured out the problem. The test was already mentioned in this thread. Just take a dollar bill or a sheet of printing paper and shut the door on it adn see how easy it is to pull through the door if you can. then go to the drivers door or the opposite door that is having no problems. and compare the two. with mine the drivers side door I cannot pull the sheet of paper through witout tearing it on the passenger side it pulls through with a limited ammount of drag.

Its just a shame that I had to do this myself and that the dealership could not do a basic test after having already two times.

I had mine in last week for this. I had already had the seals replaced, that did not fix it. This time they adjusted the door at the hinges and replaced the weather stripping...no more freaking annoying buzzing from passanger door. The key is bringing it in on a windy day so they can diagnose it properly, cuz if they can't duplicate, they won't waste the time.
