Nice times. Did you manually shift in tow/haul mode?

Yes, I started in 2 and manually shifted in towhaul mode. Shift issue was at the end of the track when I had to shift with just a few yards left.

It was a great night, just wished we could of had a few more runs. His face after the 14.7 was like a middle school boy who just saw his first set of ta tas. My lifetime warranty is really bothering me now. I would love a SC but not worth losing the warranty. Its a lot easier to take off a programmer than it is a supercharger. Time to find a early 90's 5.0 and build a mean machine.

You were right on with the time and mph. I need to talk to my tuner about the mph and RPM's. I max out with about 20-30 yards left. If I shift I lose RPM's and lose momentum, if I don't shift my rev limited kicks in and the same happens. If I had 200 more rpm on the rev limiter I think I would pick up 2-3 mph.

Did my brother mention I beat an SRT-8 Magnum through the 1/8 mile and then he left me like I was sitting still. I hooked and killed him off the line (.151 vs .502) but come 1/8 mile he was GONE!!!

I ran some 1/4 on the levy with stock tune and exhaust and was getting around 15.2- 15.3.

Next mod will be an intake.

I know the feeling man. I sold my "fast" car last summer and man have I been missing it. Now I see that magnuson sitting on that black R/T like it belongs there lol. The gift and the curse of the lifetime warranty. Maybe I'll be able to afford to say "screw it" in a couple years.

That's awesome dude, mid 14s in that heavy thing. Nice work.
