I don't feel it or hear it all the time but I like to know what it might be also. Is it bad?

Mine has developed a click that happens about 70% of the time when applying the brakes. I don't think it is the ABS. The click occurs about half way through the travel distance of the brake petal. Sounds more like its coming from the brake petal linkage/return spring. I plan to have it checked the next time I have the vehicle in for service. Brakes work fine, so not to concerned at this point.

yeah, I would say it is about 70% of the time.

It def. doesn't feel like it is in the brake system It feels like something mechanical in the brake pedal, hinges, switch or something...

an one else? No problems with brakes, just kind of annoying!

I've noticed this as well but only when driving in muddy terain, and only the first few minutes of driving.
So I've concluded this must be the ABS self-checking and not getting good readings due to the muddy terain...

I know the difference between the ABS pulsating and something mechanical. It def. is something mechanical with the pedal or switch or something. It does it randomly in a parking lot, highway, etc...

any one else post up if you had it fixed so I know what to tell dealer...This is one of those "ghost " problems the dealer is going to screw with me over... I just know it...

I have the clicking, too. Kind of annoying after driving my last vechile for 11 years that made no noise while braking.
I looked underneath and it looks like theres a small space between the brake pedal arm and some piston-activated switch, and when they contact or break contact the clicking sound is heard. Seems like that's just the way it is since several people have the same sound going on.
I have noticed a new brake related sound, though. When in park, with the engine on, if I pump the brake pedal I'm geting a much louder and sharper click coming from way up high in the dashboard, say just above the instrument cluster. Have no clue what that one is.

I have this also.... I can feel a glitch in my gas pedal at a certain rpm. It is definetly annoying since my truck only has 900 miles on it.

I think the louder noise is the gearshift lockout. If it doesn't make that noise in gear that would be my guess.
