If they are like the same setup on other cars we have and have owned, the auto reverse feature for an obstruction only works on the one touch up feature (not with the conventional "it works until you let go of the switch" one), and the fob works like the normal switch which means they only move as long as you hold the button. This also kills the auto reverse feature (again on the cars we have had before) so that if that safety feature was not working correctly you could override it and roll up the windows in inclement weather etc. or in a case of a safety need like if someone was reaching in the car trying to get to you.

If you really have to have the roll up feature, just buy this module or one similar. If you want all 4 windows to go up/down, you'll need two modules. Around $55 ea.

530T Power Window Roll-up/Down

Integrate factory power windows with your security system, for convenient remote control operation. Roll up windows upon arming, or use an auxiliary channel to roll down or vent the windows. This unit will automate the factory windows to Express (One Touch) both up and down or stop anywhere in between. Uses the Factory power window switches. The updated version now includes adjustable resistance dipswitches to compensate for different type of vehicles that uses very efficient or inefficient windows.

Plus in the video, you don't need to hold up on the window switches. they are "express" up. Pull up all the way, let go and they will close automatically. Just an FYI

+1, seems they always stop rolling down part way most of the time. I've only had lock/unlock issues twice though, so I guess I'm lucky there. Frustrating though.

If this was directed at my comment, I am aware of how they work, but that is not how the down function on the key fob is programmed to operate. They only roll down as long as you hold the button on the fob, not using the express down feature.

Yup, just commenting on the up function. No disrespect, just letting others know about going up with the windows in the truck since i noticed in the video.

Nice "feature" until they go down on their own, which mine have on a rainy day. A relay in each door defeats the feature since Dodge didn't make it a programmable option. I prefer autostart and A/C to cool the cab.
