Default Help needed!

I bought an 09 ram 1500 sport crew cab brand new from the dealer and washed it the following week and realized the the passenger front door color was lighter than the front fender and crew cab door. It looks like it was repainted from the factory. Plus there are some dents that are located on the drivers side of the bed. I went back to the dealer and asked them what are my options. There response was all we can do it repaint and repair those areas. Is there anyone out there that can give me some advise on how to handle this. I would like a new truck if possible. It is only a few weeks old. But i don't know what are my legal rights are.

I know that the plants can legally repair and repaint a certain amount of body damaged areas and still sell the vehicles as new. That doesn't help your case though. I'd talk to a lawyer. If you do end up having the dealer do the repair work, make sure you find the best dealer body shop in your area.

I was told by a near by body shop the dealers body shop does good work. Just sucks to buy something new and have to get it repainted. Plus i was told if i wanted a new truck i would have to put more money down. Which is a load of BS!

If you have the truck titled in your name already(have perm plates), it's yours... If you still have temp plates, you can return the truck...

There's something to be said for taking a look at what you are buying before hand

I bought the truck in the evening so you couldn't see that the door was a little bit lighter. I looked at the vehicle before i purchased it. If it was lighter outside then i would of noticed the difference.
