Default Premium cloth bench seat issues!!!

1,700 miles. The drivers side has an annoying creaking noise. Now when I'm carrying a passenger and making a turn or a bend, that side makes a clunking sound. I tried to adjust the seat to make sure it was locking in place but the sounds still there. Plus my exhaust still clangs and pings and smells like a burning toaster when I go up a grade.

Take it to the dealer for the bench seat fix.

I'm planning on taking it in, but is anybody else having these same issues?

Yes, there is an RRT out for it. We have discussed it many, many times.

The brake pedal will probably also start to make noise too.

huh.... guess I missed all those posts... my driver's seat clunks on quick turns... just thought it was part of the ejection process.

My driver seat creaks so loud when I make turns. Its annoying. I only weigh 170 so its not like im putting the hurt on the seat. it just has a flaw. I have 2200 miles on my truck. I am planning on having them take a look at it when I take it in for the first oil change. I also noticed that the seat bolts for my front seats are already rusted on the top. Only other issue is that my passenger side sun visor split at the seam. Other then that I love my truck. need to get the new bugs worked out of it.

Mine creaks less after the dealer touched it, but I have 16000 miles on the truck now and don't even notice anymore. Maybe when I am bored and have nothing else to do, I will try to find a fix for it.

Mine still creaks after the dealer "fix" but its alot less noticeable. I'll just have them look at it again when i take it in. My brake pedal used to creak and then they greased it excessively. The creak went away but then my brake light would stay on all the time unless i reached down to pull the pedal back out. This has fixed itself but now the creak is coming back..

I just ignore it and nobody riding with me has ever noticed
