Looks great, almost invisible!
Is it possible to put another pair in as well, standing up under the first pair?

I´m having a problem to decide how to mount my lights, I like the clean look when put it behind the grill
Functionally it must be better to put them on my bumper but will it be that bad if I put them behind the grill?
The lights will be night driving lights

Here's mine with some Hella FF 200 lights. They're oval, so they fit a little better in the grill.

How much light is blocked by the grill?

Do they still pass enough light to be put behind the grill?

thx

I couldn't really tell much of a difference between having the grill off and having the grill on. You do lose a little bit along the bottom due to that chrome horizontal bar, but as long as you adjust for it, it's fine. I also swapped out the 55w bulbs for 100w hella bulbs. It's bright and lights up the road a LONG ways. These FF200 light beam is a little more narrow than I would like (more of a pencil beam), but they have a decent spread.

It's a perfect setup along with my HIDs. I have the dual filament type halogens, so I had to go with a moving HID bulb. The high beam didn't look any better than the low beam and they would buzz/vibrate while on high. So I just disabled the high beams and hooked the Hella relay up so that they come on and my HIDs stay on when I flip on my highs. Works out pretty well.
