OEM rims
I dunno, these tires seem fine to me. They never break loose. After 5,500 miles they seem to be wearing fine. They don't vibrate. The truck rides like a Caddy. And at ~$200 per corner, it just seems a waste to get rid of the stockers before they are shot.
2. The stock tires are not fine if you're trying to pull 5,500 lbs up a wet, steep boat ramp. That's why I changed. Others have other reasons.
Then pick some other tires that fit and check out the results and compare prices. The tires we have are like almost 100 bucks cheap and you know the saying you get what you pay for . I already replaced my sons OE tires 15000 kms on the Bridgestone Turanza's...funny thing they are so expensive but have such a bad rating they actually are rate unacceptable in several columns, like snow, light snow, junk tires. I am not a fan of Good year either but for 102 and rating 10 times better almost a 10 for snow and yet they are a performance tire Eagle GT new design. Wish they had them for my truck. I like the Silent Armour Goodyears. but if I could I would get 17 rims and put BF Goodrich All terrains whatever size fills the well without rubbing. But that is too expensive for now.
