Well I finally broke down and put some steps on my truck. Had a hard time deciding which style as nothing really reached out and grabbed me. Needed to get it done because wife has a hard time getting in the truck. I finally decided on the AMP Power steps and I have to say these steps are awesome. The come down just over half way to the ground so they are the perfect height for the wife to get in and out of the truck. I do want to say Thanks to Desert Dawg for the pics of his truck. That was the deciding factor after seeing his set and how they fit. Pics Below

Running boards look good. I just ordered the same ones. P.S. Is that a dent in your front fender?

Damn, if it is three words for you.... Paintless dent repair. About $80-100 and you will barely, if at all, be able to tell.

Got mine from Rhino Linings of Valdosta, had them order and installed for $1425 Wife is happy so it was worth the cost.

Yes it is a dent in my front fender, some ID 10 T in a suburban got me in a parking lot. Went to a couple of body shops and they quoted me some disgusting high price.

Damn, if it is three words for you.... Paintless dent repair
Have to check it out, it is creased pretty good so I wasn't sure it would work.

Thanks everyone

That dent should not be a problem for a good PDR shop!

I HATE YOU!!. lol. i am def. going to get them when work picks up. i want them so bad. i hate the look of running boards on "street" trucks like the sport.

could you do me a favor. if you had the chance could you take a picture of how far they stick down when your looking at it from the side... about 8ft. away or so? i know they dont really, but ive never seen a pick from that angle yet...

I've had mine on for 7 months and they are totally awesome. Good ground clearance on my 09 4X4 Laramie.

Crod, I agree with you, just couldn't find a set of steps that worked for me, until these. Their website claims 13 3/4" from the step to the door sills and they are exactly that. Here is the pic you asked for.
